Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary

Keith Ebling has served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of the Company since joining the Company in October 2017.

Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Ebling was previously with Express Scripts Holding Company, a $100 billion integrated pharmacy benefit management company. He served in a number of legal and leadership roles over his nearly 20 years with Express Scripts, most recently as Executive Vice President and General Counsel.

Prior to that, Mr. Ebling was an associate with a law firm in St. Louis that he joined after graduating from Saint Louis University School of Law. He also has his MBA from Washington University Olin School of Business.
